We examine your workflows on-site and meet your users. Needs analysis, scope document and technical assessment are delivered at this stage.
Architecture, data model, API design and interface prototypes. Before any code is written, all decisions are presented for approval — risk and duration become clear here.
Agile development in two-week sprints, with a demo and tests every sprint. Version management via CI/CD; code review and automated tests are mandatory.
Go-live, user training, documentation and lifecycle support. The project doesn't end — it continues with the same team under an SLA.

Code is a tool. Business is the goal. The first week is spent on-site — flow charts, user interviews, scope documents. Sometimes the right decision is not to build; in those cases, we say so honestly.
Delivery is not the last stop.
