The register rings. The back office keeps the records.

— Definition

POS (Point of Sale) — the software that runs at the point of sale and connects customer and seller. Senkronix POS systems are designed industry-specifically for grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, and car washes. Fiscal printer, barcode, scale, card reader, check printer — all integrated.

N° I — Why Custom POS?

Grocery ≠ Restaurant.
Cafe ≠ Car wash.

Generic POS software (typically designed for Western markets) forces every industry into the same mold. Yet in Turkey, grocery checkout, restaurant check handling, and car wash checkout are fundamentally different operations. A grocer needs live scale weight, promotional combinations, and MHRS e-invoice issuance. A restaurant needs table-bound multiple orders, kitchen printing, split checks, and order management. A car wash needs appointment-based operations, vehicle cards, subscription packages, and driver messaging.

In Senkronix POS, we first master the core flow by industry, then fine-tune it for your business. The cashier completes a sale in three taps on the touchscreen; the fiscal receipt prints, the e-invoice is sent to the tax authority, stock is adjusted in real time, and the daily report lands on the manager's phone at 23:00. The back office runs itself — leaving you free to focus on operations.

Advantages of custom POS

  • Industry-specific flow — separate logic for grocery, restaurant, cafe, salon, car wash
  • Hardware flexibility — works with your existing fiscal printer, barcode, scale, card reader
  • Offline operation — sales don't stop when internet is down; auto-sync on reconnect
  • Cloud management panel — every branch's sales monitored from a single location
  • Accounting/ERP integration — daily sales receipts transferred automatically
  • Multi-branch — scales from one shop to 500-branch chains

N° V — Frequently Asked

Clear questions,
clear answers.

Is it compliant with the New Generation Payment Recording Device (YN OKC) regulations?+
Yes. It integrates fully with the YN OKC devices the tax authority has mandated in Turkey since 2014. When a receipt is issued, an automatic notification is sent to the tax authority, and the end-of-day Z-report is obtained automatically by the device. Supported brands: Hugin, Ingenico, Beko, Profilo, Olivetti, PAX. If you want to add a new device, the driver is usually already available; otherwise it is added in 1-2 weeks.
Do I need to replace my existing fiscal printer?+
No. If your current fiscal printer's brand and model is in Senkronix's supported list, you continue to use it. For new deployments, we recommend YN100-based (tablet-form) fiscal printers — our entire POS software runs on the touchscreen, no extra computer required.
Does it work offline (without internet)?+
Yes. POS does not stop during an internet outage — all sales are recorded locally and sync automatically when the connection returns. Fiscal receipts continue to be issued (the fiscal printer is designed to operate offline). Only the e-invoice reporting to the tax authority waits for the internet; the draft is saved locally.
How do we migrate existing stock/customer data?+
We migrate your existing Excel files, legacy software databases (T-Soft POS, Logo GO, Mikro, iRetail, Akinsoft OKC, etc.), or CSV exports to the new system. Product cards, barcodes, customer lists, credit balances, and staff permissions — all data is migrated automatically. We do not go live until you approve during the parallel run period.
How does it work in a multi-branch setup?+
Each branch POS runs locally while sending data to the central cloud panel. A central manager can monitor all branches' sales in real time; a product price change at the center is automatically reflected to all branches. Transfers, invoice consolidation, and comparative reports are managed centrally. In franchise setups, each branch's P&L is tracked independently.
How does the QR menu work?+
For restaurants/cafes, a QR code is attached to each table. When the customer scans the QR, the menu opens on their phone and they place the order. The order is sent directly to the kitchen printer, so the flow begins without the waiter. Payment can also be made via the same QR with card/bank transfer (tip included). The customer receives the e-archive receipt by email/WhatsApp. Customers who prefer to call the waiter still can — QR is optional, not mandatory.
How is pricing handled?+
We use package pricing for independent single businesses and project-based pricing for enterprise/chain operations. Not monthly subscriptions — the software is yours. The price is determined during discovery based on industry, number of checkouts, number of branches, number of integrations, and special requirements. Hardware (fiscal printer, barcode reader, etc.) is quoted separately based on your requirements.
