-- Definition

LMS -- Learning Management System, the platform that manages learning itself. Senkronix training platforms deliver courses, run live broadcasts, administer exams, track student progress, and issue certificates as a single integrated system. Designed specifically for your school, university, or corporate training program.

N° I -- Why Custom?

Moodle is fine --
but not enterprise.

Off-the-shelf LMS packages (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) are strong in academic settings; but for corporate training, private schools, or boutique online academies they are either too generic or too complex. Adding a bespoke domain requires long cycles of plugin development, theme customization, and performance tuning.

At Senkronix we build the LMS around your pedagogy. How a course is structured, the rules governing exams, the metrics that track student progress -- all configured to match your institution's culture. Instead of Moodle's complexity, you get a clean, fast, branded experience.

Advantages of a custom solution

  • Live class + recording + Q&A on a single platform
  • Online exam + integrated proctoring module
  • SCORM / xAPI compatible content support
  • Brand colors and custom domain -- whitelabel platform
  • Mobile app -- full access from the student's phone
  • KVKK + MEB compliant data management
N° II -- Modules

Eight modules.
A course end to end.

● LMS core□ Platform family

A modern LMS does not operate in isolation; it forms an ecosystem with live streaming infrastructure, payment systems, email campaigns, video storage, and CRM integrations. The Senkronix training platform orchestrates all of these layers.

Live streaming & video

  • WebRTC -- Browser-based live streaming, no additional app installation
  • Agora, LiveKit, Jitsi -- SFU servers for 1,000+ concurrent participants
  • Zoom, Google Meet, Teams -- API integration, external meeting bridge
  • Video storage: AWS S3, Bunny.net, your own CDN; adaptive bitrate streaming

N° V -- Frequently Asked Questions

Clear questions,
clear answers.

Is migration from Moodle possible?+
Yes. Course structures, student lists, grade history, and content files are migrated from Moodle (as well as Canvas and Blackboard) databases. SCORM packages are imported directly. A parallel operation period ensures go-live only after you have signed off.
How many concurrent users does it support?+
The architecture scales horizontally. Small institutions are supported at 500 concurrent users, while large universities and national platforms can handle 50,000+ concurrent users. The SFU server pool for live classes scales dynamically.
How does proctoring work?+
A combination of camera + screen recording + browser lockdown. AI detects anomalies such as facial mismatch, gaze direction, presence of a second person, and connection of additional monitors; flagged recordings are escalated to human reviewers. Available in low-cost and high-assurance variants.
Does it support SCORM / xAPI?+
Yes. SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packages can be uploaded and run directly. xAPI (Tin Can) is also supported for richer learning analytics. Compatible with Articulate Storyline, iSpring, Adobe Captivate, and similar authoring tools.
Is there a mobile app?+
Yes. Native iOS and Android apps are delivered. Offline lesson downloads, push notifications, mobile exams, and live class attendance from mobile are all supported.
Is it MEB / YÖK compliant?+
Yes. K-12 supports optional MEB E-Okul integration; universities receive YÖK file format support. Parent/student consent flows and special data protection measures are established as standard under KVKK.
Pricing?+
Project-based, not per-user. The cost is finalized during Discovery based on module count, concurrent user capacity, live streaming requirements, and proctoring tier. Broadcast infrastructure (servers, video storage) is billed separately.
N° VI -- Process

Four stages.
Each one documented.

01
Discovery

Requirements analysis, on-site observation, and scope definition. A documented scope statement is delivered.

Output: SRS - BPMN - Scope
02
Design

Architecture, data model, API, and interface prototypes. Every decision is approved before code is written.

Output: UML - Figma - API Spec
03
Development

Two-week sprints with a demo each sprint, CI/CD, code review, and automated testing.

Output: Demo - Git - CI/CD
04
Launch & Support

Go-live, training, documentation. Long-term support within an SLA framework is standard.

Output: Go-Live - SLA
