The right part, the right vehicle.

— Definition

The most critical challenge in auto spare parts trade: thousands of parts per vehicle, and different make-model-year compatibility for every part. Senkronix auto spare parts software resolves this complexity at the moment of order through TecDoc catalog integration, OEM/OES cross-referencing, multi-warehouse stock, and a B2B dealer portal.

N° I — Why Custom?

Wrong part =
return + loss.

In the auto spare parts sector, shipping the wrong part is a classic and costly mistake: return freight, replacement sourcing, customer trust loss. Most firms try to solve this with "experienced staff" alone — but experienced staff is not enough; the system must also be able to find the correct part.

In Senkronix auto spare parts software, TecDoc catalog integration is standard. TecDoc is the global database containing all official OEM codes and spare part matches from vehicle manufacturers. When a customer says "VW Passat 2019 brake pad," the system shows which parts are compatible. When an OEM code is entered, it lists equivalent aftermarket parts. The incorrect-sale rate drops to near zero.

Advantages of a custom solution

  • TecDoc integration — instant vehicle-part compatibility lookup
  • OEM/OES code search — matching original and equivalent parts
  • Brand cross-reference — Bosch/Valeo/Mahle/Hella, etc.
  • Multi-warehouse, branch, dealer — centralized stock management
  • B2B dealer portal — services and dealers order from their own accounts
  • VIN lookup (optional) — automatic vehicle identification by chassis number

N° V — Frequently Asked

Clear questions,
clear answers.

Does TecDoc require a license?+
Yes. The TecDoc license is a monthly subscription with a membership fee. Pricing is tiered by company size. Senkronix handles data synchronization and technical integration as a TecDoc partner; the license is issued directly in your name. As alternatives, Autoline or manufacturer catalogs can also be used.
Is vehicle identification via VIN possible?+
Yes. When a VIN is entered, make-model-year-engine data is pulled automatically. Data is sourced from TecDoc or free sources (NHTSA VPIC). Some premium providers offer richer information (options, packages) and can be integrated for an additional fee.
How are equivalent (aftermarket) parts found?+
OEM-to-aftermarket matches exist in the TecDoc database. For example, for an original BMW brake pad, Bosch, Ate, Textar, Ferodo equivalents are listed. The cross-reference table is displayed automatically on every entry, allowing the customer to choose by budget.
Can a service technician use it on mobile?+
Yes. Native iOS/Android app; the technician searches parts against a service work order, views stock, places orders, and confirms receipt upon delivery. In offline mode, a pre-synced package keeps vehicle-part compatibility available on device.
Can I open an e-commerce store for end users?+
Yes. An end-user storefront can be built on the same catalog and stock. VIN or make-model part lookup, payment, shipment tracking, and returns are all included. Our e-commerce module is fully integrated with TecDoc.
Is there direct work with manufacturers/suppliers?+
Yes. Integrated EDI/API connections can be established with manufacturer systems such as Bosch, Valeo, and Mahle. When a dealer places an order, direct shipment from the manufacturer warehouse (dropshipping) or a rapid supply flow is possible.
Cost?+
Project-based; pricing is clarified in the discovery phase based on parameters such as part variety, number of dealers, number of warehouses, TecDoc inclusion, and whether e-commerce is added. A mid-sized distributor takes 4-6 months, while large-scale projects take 8-12 months.
