Your dealer buys. You monitor.

— Definition

A B2B platform is a sales engine in which dealers and corporate customers place orders through their own accounts while you simply monitor. Senkronix B2B unifies tiered price lists, credit limits, approval flows, profitability analytics and the field sales mobile app in a single panel.

N° I — Why Custom B2B?

Every dealer is different.
Every agreement is different.

B2B sales differ fundamentally from B2C: each dealer has its own pricing, payment terms, minimum order quantities and credit limits. Generic e-commerce packages cannot handle this complexity — they either force you to treat dealers like ordinary customers or leave you to maintain separate price lists in Excel. Either way, your sales capacity is weakened.

With Senkronix B2B, we first understand your commercial structure: how many customer segments, how many price tiers, whether you use an approval chain, and what the field team uses on site. The platform is then built around that real structure. When a dealer logs in, they see their own price, their own stock and their own credit balance. When they place an order, accounting and the warehouse are triggered automatically. Orders can reach the customer without a single human touch.

Advantages of a custom B2B

  • Tiered pricing — automatic calculation by group, quantity, period and campaign
  • Credit limit and risk management — automatic limit check at order entry
  • Approval chain — dealer manager or your approval required above a threshold
  • Profitability analytics — real margin per product and dealer, cost-payment balance
  • Field sales mobile — reps enter orders from a tablet, dealers approve from their own account
  • Two-way ERP integration — bi-directional sync of accounts, stock and invoices with Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP

The greatest efficiency of the B2B platform comes from running bi-directionally synchronized with your back-office systems. The moment a dealer places an order, an account is opened in the ERP, stock is reduced, the warehouse list is updated, the carrier is notified and the invoice is issued. When the dealer pays, the balance is adjusted automatically. Human intervention is only needed in exceptional cases.

System integrations

  • ERP: Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP, Dynamics — Accounts, stock, orders, invoices both ways
  • E-Invoice / E-Waybill: Automatic issuance through GIB-approved integrators
  • Banking: EFT/wire automation, statement reconciliation, collection notifications

  • Payment: iyzico, PayTR, Paratika — Online card payments and wire/EFT tracking

Communication integrations

  • Email: Order confirmation, shipment notice, automated emails with attached invoices
  • SMS / WhatsApp Business: Order status, campaign alerts, collection reminders

N° V — Frequently Asked

Clear questions,
clear answers.

Is a B2B platform confused with off-the-shelf e-commerce packages?+
No, they are fundamentally different. Shopify, WooCommerce and OpenCart are designed for B2C (consumers). B2B requires per-user pricing, credit limits, approval chains, term payments and field-sales workflows. There are B2B-specific packages (SAP Commerce, Magento B2B), but most still fall short for custom needs. Senkronix builds the platform from scratch, shaped by the way you do business.
How many dealers / users does it support?+
It scales horizontally. It supports structures from 20 dealers to 5,000+ dealer distributor networks. As the user count grows, server resources and the database layer scale — no code changes required. Systems handling 100,000+ orders per day are in production.
How does it integrate with our existing ERP?+
Bi-directional integration with common systems such as Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP and Dynamics is standard. Dealer records are read from the ERP, orders are written back, and stock and price lists stay in sync. There are built-in reconciliation mechanisms and log trails for data consistency.
What is the difference from OfferFlow?+
OfferFlow is the ready-made B2B quote-management platform we developed at Senkronix. It offers fast onboarding for smaller-scale firms or those with standard B2B flows. For larger, custom requirements, bespoke development can be layered on top of the OfferFlow foundation.
Does the field-sales mobile app work offline?+
Yes. Even without connectivity during a field visit, the rep can place orders, add notes to the dealer card, take photos and collect signatures. All actions sync automatically when connectivity returns. Conflicts are resolved by rules.
How long does the project take?+
3-6 months for small/medium organizations, 6-12 months for enterprise platforms. As we work in two-week sprints, a working release is delivered every two weeks. The final timeline is confirmed in the contract after Discovery.
How is it priced?+
We use project-based pricing — no per-user monthly subscriptions. Pricing is determined during Discovery based on dealer count, module scope, integration count and special requirements. The software belongs to you; there is no license renewal cost.
