Is migration from my current CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) possible?+
Yes. We have dedicated migration tools for widely used systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Logo CRM and Mikro CRM. Customer records, opportunities, quotes, activities, attachments and email history are migrated automatically. A parallel-run period in a test environment is provided -- we do not switch to production without your approval.
How does WhatsApp Business integration work?+
Official integration is done via the WhatsApp Business Platform (BSP). From the customer card you can send a WhatsApp message with one click, and replies are automatically logged to the customer history. Template messages, bulk sending, ticket management and multi-agent support are included. Monthly WhatsApp API message limits are set by Meta; we provide the infrastructure.
Where is my data stored?+
Both options are possible. With on-premise deployment, data stays on your server. With private cloud deployment, data is kept in KVKK-compliant data centers in Türkiye. Unlike foreign clouds (Salesforce AWS, HubSpot etc.), your data stays in country and you won't have to deal with KVKK Article 9 cross-border transfer approvals.
How many users does it scale to?+
The CRM architecture scales horizontally. It supports anything from a 3-person sales team to a 500+ user call center. Multi-company, multi-location, multi-team structures are standard. As user count grows, server resources and the database layer scale; no code change needed.
Is there a mobile app?+
Yes. Native iOS and Android apps are built for field sales reps. They work offline and sync automatically when the connection returns. Visit plans, route optimization, mobile quote preparation, barcode ordering, signature capture and photo-based reports are included.
How is it KVKK-compliant?+
CRM inherently processes personal data. Senkronix CRM meets KVKK requirements including opt-in consent management, İYS (Turkish Message Management System) integration, automatic data-retention checks, access logs, deletion request workflow and data-controller reports. All operations are auditable and logged.
How does pricing work?+
Instead of per-user monthly subscriptions, we use a project-based model. This model is usually lower in total cost than SaaS subscriptions for 10+ user setups. Price is set during Discovery based on scope, module count, number of integrations and users.
