Shopify is nice —
until you outgrow it.

When starting small, off-the-shelf packages like Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart, T-Soft and ideasoft are a quick fix. But once revenue crosses a certain threshold, problems begin: the monthly plan cost grows with revenue, marketplace integrations are billed separately, adding custom features means either upgrading the license or buying external plugins. The hidden cost of SaaS can turn out more expensive than custom software after three years.

More critically: you must adapt to the platform, not the other way around. Shopify's order flow is optimized for American buyer behavior. Turkish customers are different — they expect cash on delivery, use iyzico/PayTR, ship with Yurtiçi/MNG, and expect the customer from Trendyol to be treated the same as the one from your own site. Is migration from Shopify / WooCommerce possible?+
Yes. We have automatic migration tools for product catalog, categories, customer accounts, order history, reviews and page content. A URL redirect (301) plan is produced to avoid SEO loss. Before go-live, a parallel-run period is provided — we don't switch to live without your approval.
How long do marketplace integrations take?+
We have ready integration libraries — Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11 and Amazon go live within 2-3 weeks. Less common marketplaces (Çiçeksepeti, Modanisa etc.) take 2-4 weeks. The initial mapping is important because each marketplace has a different category tree and rules.
Does SEO matter? How much does design affect it?+
A lot. Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), mobile friendliness, structured data (Product, Breadcrumb, FAQ schema) and page speed are critical for Google rankings. Senkronix e-commerce pages are built targeting a 90+ Lighthouse score. A noticeable rise in organic traffic is expected in the first 6 months.
Is a mobile app also needed?+
For stores with 10,000+ monthly visitors, a mobile app starts to be ROI-positive (push notifications, repeat shopping, higher conversion). Since the platform is built API-first, adding a mobile app is roughly 60% faster than from scratch.
How does payment commission work?+
Payment commissions come from the payment institution (iyzico, PayTR etc.), we don't charge commission. iyzico is roughly 2.95% + 0.25 TRY, PayTR similar. As volume grows you can negotiate better rates. We help you pick the most suitable institution.
Where is the hosting? How does it scale?+
We host on KVKK-compliant cloud providers in Türkiye (Radore, Vargonen, Turkcell Cloud). Global distribution via CDN included. It handles 100,000+ concurrent users without issue. Temporary capacity scaling for Black Friday and Cyber Monday is provided.
How does custom software compare to SaaS price-wise?+
At low revenue, SaaS (Shopify, ideasoft, T-Soft) is cheaper. For stores with 100,000+ TRY monthly revenue and 1,000+ orders, custom becomes more cost-effective over 2-3 years. Additionally, SaaS brings code you don't own, lack of flexibility for special needs, and platform lock-in risk.
