How is overbooking prevented?+
Centralized inventory management means every channel sells from the same pool. When a sale is made on one channel, the others are updated automatically (2-minute latency). The same room cannot be sold twice.
Is migration from an existing PMS possible?+
Yes. Reservations, guest data and accounting records are transferred from common PMS platforms such as eZee, Protel, Opera and NovaCloud. A parallel-run period ensures no go-live until you approve it.
Is there a commission-free direct booking engine?+
Yes. It embeds in the hotel website and is designed to the brand. Direct sales without paying Booking.com's 15-25% commission. Mobile-friendly, multi-language and SEO-optimized.
Is it compliant with KBB (the Identity Notification System)?+
Yes. Automatic guest notifications to the General Directorate of Security's KBB system. Passport information and visa period tracking for foreign guests.
How is pricing structured?+
Project-based, driven by room count, channel count and integration scope. No SaaS subscription -- the software belongs to you. 2-3 months for a small hotel (30 rooms), 4-8 months for a large property.
