Custom ERP - Modular Architecture - Compliance-Ready

An ERP that adapts to you, not the off-the-shelf kind.

-- Definition

ERP -- Enterprise Resource Planning. An integrated system that unifies finance, procurement, production, inventory, sales and HR processes in a single database. At Senkronix every ERP project is built with a custom, not packaged architecture.

N° I -- Why Custom ERP?

Off-the-shelf packages
don't fit your workflow.

Most off-the-shelf ERP packages on the market are generic templates: average for everyone, ideal for no one. Your organization ends up adapting to the software -- not the other way around. This inverted relationship leads over time to more complex processes, unnecessary steps and high training costs.

At Senkronix we start by understanding your workflows, organizational structure and regulatory needs. Then we build your ERP modularly -- only what you need, exactly as you need it. The result: a system that fits your way of doing business and grows with future requirements.

Advantages of a custom ERP

  • Fits your existing processes -- staff don't need to be retrained
  • Modular architecture -- you pay only for the modules you use
  • Full compliance with Türkiye regulations: e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Waybill, e-Ledger, KVKK
  • Your data stays on your servers, not in foreign clouds (on-premise or private cloud)
  • Ownership instead of licensing -- no annually increasing subscription burden
  • Open API -- easy integration with your other systems (e-commerce, CRM, POS)
N° II -- Modules

Eight core modules.
All optional.

Senkronix ERP is modular: you can start with just the modules you need and add more as you grow. All the core modules below run on a single database -- data is not duplicated, reports are real-time.

● ERP core API □ External system cluster -- Bi-directional data flow

Senkronix ERP is fully aligned with Türkiye's enterprise regulatory structure. E-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Waybill and e-Ledger integrations are in the core -- running through an accredited integrator (GIB approved). With bank integrations, EFT, wire and inter-account transfers are managed from within the ERP.

External system integrations happen via open API: your e-commerce platforms (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Amazon), couriers, marketplace payment systems (iyzico, PayTR, Stripe), your CRM, POS terminals -- all merge into a single data flow.

Ready-made integrations

  • e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Waybill, e-Ledger -- through GIB-approved integrators
  • Bank integrations -- Ziraat, İş Bankası, Garanti, Yapı Kredi, Akbank (EFT/wire, transactions)
  • Marketplace APIs -- Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Çiçeksepeti, Amazon
  • Couriers -- Yurtiçi, MNG, Aras, PTT, UPS, DHL
  • Payment systems -- iyzico, PayTR, Paratika, Stripe, Param
  • Office tools -- Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email servers
  • BI tools -- Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, custom dashboards
N° IV -- Migration

A
seamless migration from your current system.

To prevent data loss when moving from existing systems like Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP or ETA to Senkronix ERP, we apply a dedicated migration process. Customer/supplier records, account transactions, stock balances, open orders, accounting vouchers -- all are transferred automatically to the new system. A parallel-run period in a test environment is provided before go-live; we do not switch to production without your approval.

Average migration duration is 4 to 12 weeks depending on company size. Small and mid-sized firms move all modules in a single project; large enterprises typically opt for a phased, module-by-module migration.

N° V -- Frequently Asked Questions

Clear questions,
clear answers.

Is migration from my current accounting software (Logo, Mikro, Netsis) possible?+
Yes. We have dedicated migration tools for widely used systems such as Logo, Mikro, Netsis, ETA and SAP. Customer records, account transactions, stock balances, open orders and accounting vouchers are transferred automatically. After migration, a parallel-run period is applied in a test environment -- we do not switch to production without your approval.
Where is my data kept? Cloud or my own server?+
Both options are available. With on-premise deployment, data stays directly on your server and runs independently of your internet connection. With private cloud deployment, data is kept in KVKK-compliant data centers in Türkiye. We choose together based on your organization's size, security policies and budget.
How many users does it scale to?+
Our ERP architecture scales horizontally. It supports anything from a single user to 500+ concurrent users. As user count grows, server resources and the database layer scale -- no code change needed. For large enterprises, multi-location and multi-company structures are offered as standard.
How long does a project take?+
A typical duration is 3-6 months for SMEs and 6-12 months for enterprise clients. The exact timeline is finalized during the Discovery phase, based on scope and module count. Since we work in two-week sprints, a running build is delivered every two weeks from the very start.
How does pricing work?+
We use a project-based model, not a monthly subscription. Price is set during Discovery based on scope, module count, number of integrations and users. Post-delivery maintenance packages vary by project.
Is there mobile usage?+
Yes. All modules are accessible from mobile via a responsive web interface. In addition, native iOS/Android apps can be built for field teams (sales reps, warehouse, service). Extras like hand terminals, barcode readers and printer integration can be added.
N° VI -- Process

Four stages.
Each one documented.

01
Discovery

We examine your workflows on-site and meet your users. Needs analysis and scope document are delivered.

Output: SRS - BPMN - Scope
02
Design

Architecture, data model, API and interface prototypes. Before any code, all decisions are approved.

Output: UML - Figma - API Spec
03
Development

Agile development in two-week sprints. Demo and test every sprint. CI/CD and automated tests mandatory.

Output: Demo - Git - CI/CD
04
Release & Support

Go-live, user training, documentation. The project doesn't end -- it continues under an SLA.

Output: Go-Live - SLA
